Shawnettee Christmas Choir Annual Concert Presenting Three Performances

The Shawnettee Church Christmas Choir will present “This Is Christmas” as their annual Christmas Concert in three performances this year. They would love to have you join them as they celebrate the wonderful story of Christmas through song and share Christmas blessings with local charities to benefit the community.

The first concert will be held on Saturday, November 29th, at Shawnettee Church, located at 120 Little Shawnettee Road in Collinwood. Soups and sandwiches will be served from 4:30 until 5:30 with all donations going to Grace House.

The concert will begin promptly at 6 P.M. with the Shawnettee Children’s Choir opening up the night, followed by the Christmas Concert Choir performance.

The second concert by the Christmas Concert Choir will be held on Sunday, November 30th, at Philadelphia Baptist Church, located at 2254 Savannah Highway, Waynesboro. This performance will begin at 6 P.M. A love offering will be received to go toward the Anytime Santa Fund and Wayne County Helping Hands. Finger foods will be enjoyed following the concert.

The Christmas Concert Choir will perform its final concert of 2025 on Wednesday, December 3rd, at New

Life Freewill Baptist Church, located at 2699 Buffalo Road, Lawrenceburg. The program will begin at 6 P.M. There will be a love offering received with funds going to benefit Grace House. Finger foods will be served following the concert.

The entire congregation and pastors of each church invite everyone to come enjoy “This Is Christmas,” a night of Christmas music celebrating the birth of Jesus.
