PURSUANT TO TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED SECTION 66-31-105(2)(G), NOTICE is hereby given that the contents of Units #27, 32, 47, 73, 82, 87, 94, 120, 161, & 188, in the self-service storage facility known as Waynesboro Mini Storage will be sold at auction to the highest bidder for cash at 5:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2026 at Waynesboro Mini Storage, 206 N. High Street, Waynesboro, to satisfy an owner’s lien on such contents, claimed by the business known as Waynesboro Mini Storage. Said self-service storage facility is located at the address set forth herein where the sale will take place.
