NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE`S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 24, 2024, executed by Marsha A Brown and Otis E Brown, as tenants by the entireties, to Avenue 365 Lender Services, LLC as Trustee, for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Equity Prime Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns, and appearing of record on June 3, 2024, in the Register’s Office of Wayne County, Tennessee, at Record Book 276, Page 921, and Instrument Number 96289.

WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, the party entitled to enforce said security interest; and having appointed Clear Recon LLC, the undersigned, as Substitute Trustee by instrument filed or being filed for record in the Register’s Office of Wayne County, Tennessee, with all of the rights, powers, and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust.

1. Purpose and Scope

Wayne County Schools is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of one (1) used school bus. The vehicle must strictly comply with all specifications listed below, including all federal safety mandates and State of Tennessee Pupil Transportation standards.

2. Vehicle Specifications

Condition: Used. The vehicle must be a 2015 model or later and have fewer than 100,000 miles. It must be fully operational, pass all safety inspections, and meet Tennessee Department of Safety age/mileage compliance rules for pupil transportation.

Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR): Less than 26,000 lbs (Class C CDL).

Braking System: Hydraulic Brakes.

Compliance Standards: Must comply with all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) and current Tennessee Minimum School Bus Standards (including required front crossing control arms and required black block lettering).

Seating Capacity: 27 or more.

Fuel Type: Gasoline or Diesel

Safety & Signage: Complete with operational stop-arms, emergency exits, LED warning light package, backing alarm, and mandated safety equipment.

3. Pricing & Delivery Requirements

Delivery Terms: The total bid price MUST include all freight, transportation, setup, and delivery costs to 419 South Main St, Waynesboro, TN 38485.

Title & Paperwork: The bidder must provide a clear title and complete service/maintenance records (if used).
