Notice is hereby given that on December 9 of 2025 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Charles King III, who died 4/3/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Wayne County Chancery Court of Wayne County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

UPON the sworn Petition of the Petitioner for Modification of Primary Residential Parent and Permanent Parenting Plan and/or Custody and Visitation, pursuant to Section §21-1-203, §21-1-204, §36-1-101 et. seq., and§ 36-1-401 et. seq., of the Tennessee Code Annotated and, otherwise, as provided by the Tennessee Laws of Civil Procedure and Laws of the State of Tennessee, statements of counsel, evidence properly admitted and the entire record in this cause, from all of which it duly appears to the Court, and THE COURT DOES HEREBY FIND, upon good cause shown, as follows:

WHEREAS, it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner has performed extensive internet searches and public record searches to obtain a current and valid address for the personal service of process upon the named unserved Respondent in accordance with the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure and Laws of the State of Tennessee, but such searches have been unsuccessful in obtaining a current and valid address for the named unserved Respondent in this cause of action;

WHEREAS, it appearing to the Court that the address, location and whereabouts of the named unserved Defendants are unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search or inquiry:

WHEREAS, it appearing to the Coui1 that the named unserved Respondent shall be, and are, hereby summoned and required to serve their Answer to the sworn Petition of the Petitioner for Modification of Primary Residential Parent and Permanent Parenting Plan and/or Custody and Visitation upon JAMES Y. ROSS, SR., Attorney at Law, P. 0. Box 1359, Waynesboro, Tennessee 38485, Attorney for the Petitioner, on or before the 14th day of February, 2026, said date being more than thirty (30) days after the fourth publication of this Order; and

WHEREAS, a copy of the sworn Petition of the Petitioner for Modification of Primary Residential Parent and Pern1anent Parenting Plan and/or Custody and Visitation can be obtained from the above-referenced Court; and if you fail to file an Answer or otherwise responsively plead within the designated time, the Petitioner will apply for judgment against you by default for the relief demanded in the sworn Complaint, and this Motion for Default will be heard on the 20th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or soon thereafter as the docket allows, and said named unserved Respondent shall appear on that day in the Chancery Courtroom at the Wayne County Justice Center, Andrew Jackson Boulevard, Waynesboro, Tennessee, and defend, or otherwise the sworn Petition will be taken for confessed and a default judgment will be entered against said named unserved Respondent; and

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court that the named unserved Respondent shall be provided the substituted service of publication of this Order as provided by law; and

IT IS, THEREFORE, FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that this Order, serving as Notice, be published in the Wayne County News, being a publication of weekly circulation in Wayne County, Tennessee, wherein in the Petitioner and subject matter child are, for four (4) consecutive weeks.
