BID NOTICE

Wayne County Government is accepting Sealed Bids for the following project:

Accepting sealed bids for a 24’ x 30’ x 12’ timber framed covered pavilion including delivery, installation and set-up. Materials to be included 8” x 8” x 10’post, 8” x 8” beams, 6” x 6” rafters with a pitch of 6/12, solid decking top and ends, black tin and trim. A concrete base of 4” x 24’ x 30’ will need to be included. This building will be built at the Beech Creek Community Center and Fire Hall located at 5775 Beech Creek Road, Waynesboro, TN.

Sealed Bids will be accepted at the Wayne County Executive Office, 100 Court Circle, Suite 300, Waynesboro until 2 pm Friday, October 24, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Notice is hereby given that on October 20 of 2025 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Dennis Robert Pearce, who died 9/29/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Wayne County Chancery Court of Wayne County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or

(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.
