Sealed bids for AIRFIELD LIGHTING PROJECT, to be constructed for HASSELL FIELD AIRPORT IN THE CITY OF CLIFTON, TN will be received by the engineering firm of Garver, 361 Mallory Station Road, Suite 102, Franklin, TN 37067, until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 04, 2026, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in Garver’s main conference room. An Optional Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Information regarding the virtual meeting will be sent out to all plan holders one week prior to the meeting time. Potential bidders not on the plan holder list may request access to the pre-bid conference by contacting Dakota Ellis (DLEllis@GarverUSA.com). The Project consists of installation of solar powered runway and taxiway lights, installation of beacon tower, and installation of new wind cone. Bids will be received for a single prime contract.
