New Handicap Swing Installed at Ralph Hughes Park in Collinwood

The Collinwood Beautification Board members recently agreed to purchase a new handicap swing that was placed in the Ralph M. Hughes, Sr. Memorial Park. The Wayne County Civitan club requested the swing to replace the one they had purchased and placed in 2007.

The Collinwood Beautification Board members include Stacey Rich, Debie Pigg, Peggy Chambers, Dawn Parker, and Vickie Victory. The City of Collinwood installed the swing.
