Judy Ann Brewer Daniel, age 81, passed away on April 1, 2025. She was born on July 17, 1943 in Florence, AL, the daughter of the late Charlie Washington and Mamie Todd Brewer. Her journey through life was enriched by her marriage to David Paul Daniel on April 21, 1972, a union filled with love until he preceded her in death on September 23, 2011.

Judy was a cherished member of the Macedonia Baptist Church in Iron City, TN. Judy found solace and joy in her faith and community. In her quiet moments, she found happiness in the simple pleasures of life—feeding and watching her beloved cats and immersing herself in adult coloring books.

Judy's warm spirit and gentle heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her. As we remember her life, we celebrate the love and joy she brought to those around her. May her memory live on in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her brother, Norris Brewer of Iron City, TN; brothers-in-law, Gaylon Daniel (Marilyn) of Cypress Inn, TN, and Curtis Daniel (Kathy) of Iron City, TN; sisters-in-law, Beverly Oakley of Florence, AL, Ava Wilson of Smyrna, TN, Donna Risch (Tom) of Nashville, TN, and Rachel Henle of Killen, AL; niece, Sharon Daniel (Kevin) of Collinwood, TN; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Judy was preceded in death by her sisters, Jewel Ezell, Eva Kelley, and Nell Martin; brothers, Dexter Brewer, Carlin Brewer, Fay Brewer, and McArthur Brewer; mother-in-law, Dean Daniel; and father-in-law, Donnie Daniel.

Funeral services were held on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN with Rickey Nelson officiating. Burial followed in Macedonia Cemetery in Iron City, TN.

Pallbearers were Greg Brewer, Dennis Brewer, Darryl Brewer, Keith Wilson, Gaylon Daniel, and Seth Daniel. Honorary pallbearers were Bryce Daniel, Axel Collins, and Holden Daniel.
