Christmas in the Wood is Sunday, December 7th

Christmas time is upon us, and the Collinwood Beautification Board has been working hard to get everything ready for this special season.

“Christmas in the Wood,” the annual arts and crafts fair that offers much more than just arts and crafts, is coming up this Sunday, December 7. The event will be held at the Collinwood Recreation Building from 1pm until 5pm.

This annual event gives everyone a chance to shop locally for all Christmas gift needs. Vendors will be set up to offer arts, crafts, honey, jams, jellies, home-baked goods, jewelry, Nails by Lisa, knives, silver, woodwork, and much more to check off your Christmas gift list.

Collinwood American Legion Post 254 will be cooking up delicious food for lunch, so don’t worry about cooking Sunday dinner! They will be offering chili, potato soup, chili dogs, drinks, and all the fixings.

For more information on the event, call Peggy Chambers at 931-212-9016.
