2025 James D. Vaughan Quartet Festival Begins July 23rd

The birthplace of southern gospel music, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, is preparing to host the annual James D. Vaughan Quartet Festival beginning on Wednesday, July 23, and continuing through Saturday, July 26.

There are over 20 quartets scheduled to appear during the 4-day southern gospel event. You will hear the music of the Bill Gaither Homecoming favorites, Goodman Revival, and The Inspirations, along with fan favorites such as Triumphant, The Hoppers, Legacy Five, and Karen Peck & New River. Legendary quartets such as Gold City, the Kingsmen, and the Chuck Wagon Gang will all appear along with Guardians, Mark Trammell Quartet, Dove Brothers, Mylon Hayes Family, Down East Boys, Dixie Echoes, and Josh & Ashley Franks.

A legendary quartet afternoon will be the Thursday Matinee and will feature the traditional sound of quartet music by the Blackwood Brothers and the Inspirationals of Texas. The Friday Matinee will feature the next generation of southern gospel music featuring Endless Highway and McCray Dove & The Dove Brothers.

The evening concerts begin at 7:00PM, Wednesday through Friday, and Saturday’s show will begin at 2:00PM. Host quartet and Lawrenceburg's own, the Kelly,s will appear throughout the week. Josh Franks will be the emcee for the entire festival. A very special brunch with The Bibletones will be on Saturday at 11:00AM at the Vaughan Venue.
