Louis Donald Keeton

   Louis Donald Keeton, Waynesboro, Tennessee, formerly of Cypress Inn, Tennessee, was born October 28, 1924 in Wayne County, Tennessee, son of the late Henry Howard and Cora Martin Keeton. He married Ira Christine Hanback, August 11, 1945. She died November 24, 1980.

    Mr. Keeton, a retired farmer, sawmill worker and member of Oak Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Iron City, departed this life, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Waynesboro Health and Rehab at the age of 93.

   Survivors, daughters, Judy Keeton Davis, husband, Tim, Florence, Alabama, Janice Keeton Kilpatrick, husband, Jerry, Waynesboro, Sabrina Keeton Hendrix, husband, Matthew, Collinwood; 19 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews. 

    Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by sons, JC, LD, and Donald Keeton; four grandchildren; brothers, Tom, JD, Loyal,and James Keeton; sisters, Bessie Strait Todd, Ruth Hollander, Ella Mae Keeton.

     Services were Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee. Gerald Montgomery and Everett Rich officiated.

     Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Cypress Inn, Tennessee. 

      Pallbearers were Brent Davis, Blair Davis, Eric Davis, Dwight (Gator) Thompson, Jr., Lee Brewer, Dan Keeton.
