Kimberly Suzanne Swinea, age 35, of Waynesboro was arrested on Friday, August 30th on charges of manufacture/delivery/sale/or possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sergeant Bryant Burcham of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office filed a report stating that he performed a traffic stop on the vehicle driven by Swinea, and during a search of the vehicle, he recovered a pouch from Swinea’s purse that contained three syringes, including one which was loaded with methamphetamine. Two more syringes and a meth pipe were also recovered from Swinea’s purse. Swinea then allegedly produced a syringe and a plastic bag containing drug residue from inside her bra. She was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $77,500.00 bond.
