Johnson

   Kay Dee Johnson, age 32, of Waynesboro was arrested on Sunday, July 7th following a traffic stop for a brake light being out. After Deputy Tyler McKenzie pulled Johnson over and issued her a warning citation for the brake light, K9 Eryk was deployed and alerted to the driver’s side door of Johnson’s vehicle. A search of the vehicle was then performed, and Deputy McKenzie allegedly located approximately ½ gram of methamphetamine, a meth pipe, scales, marijuana seeds, and a 21-piece locksmith tool set, all inside Johnson’s purse. Johnson was arrested on charges of manufacture, delivery, sale, or possession of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of burglary tools. She was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $7,500.00 bond.
