Two Waynesboro residents were arrested last week on indictments handed down by the Wayne County Grand Jury. Jordan Blake Collins, age 20, of 1488 Downing Hollow Road, Waynesboro, was arrested on Thursday, June 13th on one count of rape of a child. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $100,000.00 bond.
Thomas Shayne Seitz, age 53, of 1030 Collinwood Highway, Waynesboro, was arrested on Sunday, June 16th on a count of sale of meth over 5 grams. In addition to the Grand Jury capias, an arrest warrant was filed stating that when Seitz was arrested on the indictment charge at a residence on Maple Street, officers patted him down and found a substance believed to be methamphetamine in Seitz’ pocket, along with $1,129 in cash. Seitz then received an additional charge of manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess methamphetamine, 2.9 grams. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $175,000.00 bond.
