OnMonday, July 8th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:

   Jonathan T. North pled and was found guilty of violation of the watercraft registration law, a class C misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, with the sentence reduced to supervised probation after serving 75%. He was ordered to pay a $10 fine, and if the fine and court costs were paid on July 8th, he would not be placed on supervised probation.

   On Monday, July 8th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following probation revocation orders:

   Jaylenna Heilman was originally convicted on a charge of simple possession. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 45 days in county jail. She will receive credit for time served from 05/24/2019 to 07/08/2019.

   Russell Dwain Moore was originally convicted on charges of burglary and theft. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving one year in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 04/29/2019 to 07/08/2019.

   OnThursday, July 11th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:

   Allison McWilliams pled and was found guilty of vandalism of $1,000 or less, a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to two years in TDOC, and ordered to pay $300 in restitution to Frances Mae Liles. She was also ordered to have no contact with Frances Liles or any of Liles’ properties. The court recommended that McWilliams be transferred to a special needs TDOC facility as soon as possible.

   Jake Long originally pled and was found guilty of sexual contact with an inmate and official misconduct, both class E felonies. He applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of two years.

   On Thursday, July 11th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following probation revocation orders:

   Orin Daniel was originally convicted on charges of aggravated burglary, DUI 2nd offense, theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving six months in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 05/09/2019 to 07/11/2019.

   Mark Gist was originally convicted on charges of theft under $1,000, sale of meth, and HMVO. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 120 days in county jail.

   Hollie McCrory was originally convicted on a charge of aggravated burglary. She received a termination of probation after completing an in-patient rehab program.

   OnTuesday, August 6th, 2019, Judge Christopher V. Sockwell of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:

   Dominic A. Dickey pled and was found guilty on charges of vandalism over $2,500 but less than $10,000, a class D felony; and desecration of a venerated object, a class A misdemeanor. He received a sentence of two years in TDOC on the felony charge, and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor. Both sentences were reduced to supervised probation and will run consecutively. Dickey was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,000 to the Mt. Hope Cemetery Fund, jointly with Jaymin Wren. He was also ordered to attend a service at Mt. Hope Cemetery with Investigator Dusty Malugen, and to provide a life plan to Judge Sockwell. The judge will review the case again on January 30th, 2020.

   Jaymin Tyler Wren originally pled and was found guilty on charges of vandalism over $2,500 but less than $10,000, and desecration of a venerated object. He applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of two years. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,000 to the Mt. Hope Cemetery Fund, jointly with Dominic Dickey.
