OnThursday, March 21st, 2019, Judge Christopher V. Sockwell of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:

   Jonathan Kirk Bogus pled guilty to one count of aggravated assault, a class C felony, and one count of theft of $1,000 or less, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to four years in TDOC on the felony charge and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. He was ordered to have no contact with Jacob Walls or his place of residence. Bogus will receive credit for time served from 05/15/2018 to 03/21/2019.

   Richard A. Brown pled guilty to two counts of aggravated assault, a class C felony. He was sentenced to four years in TDOC on each charge, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. He was ordered to have no contact with Haley Curtis or Stephanie Hollander.

   Stephanie Deann Ewing pled guilty to one count of burglary other than a habitation, a class D felony. She was sentenced to five years in TDOC, and was ordered by Judge Sockwell to testify truthfully against William Mitchell. Ewing will receive credit for time served from 01/11/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   Heather Denise Ford pled guilty to one count of attempted theft over $10,000, a class D felony. She was sentenced to two years in TDOC, which was reduced to supervised probation after serving 45 days. She will receive credit for time served from 10/25/2018 to 11/06/2018 and from 03/06/2019 to 03/21/2019. Restitution is joint and severely liable with James Scott, and a restitution hearing will be set.

   Corey T. McGee pled guilty to one count of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, a class E felony. He was sentenced to five years in TDOC, which was reduced to five years supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines.

   Russell Moore pled guilty to one count of theft of $2,500 or more and one count of burglary other than a habitation, both class D felonies. He was sentenced to three years in TDOC on each charge, with the sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run consecutively. Restitution is jointly and severely with Taylor Brewer. Moore was ordered to have no contact with Faye Balentine or Chad’s Restaurant.

   James Lee Scott pled guilty to one count of attempted theft over $10,000 and one count of burglary other than a habitation, both class D felonies. He was sentenced to two years in TDOC on each charge, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run consecutively.

   Tonya Jean Dubose originally pled and was found guilty of introduction of a telecommunication device into a penal institution, a class E felony. She applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of four years.

   Jenny Duke originally pled and was found guilty of aggravated assault, a class C felony. She applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years.   

   On Thursday, March 21st, 2019, Judge Christopher V. Sockwell of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following probation revocation orders:

   Ryan Thomas Clay was originally convicted on a charge of sale of schedule II drugs. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be terminated after serving 90 days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 03/12/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   Junior Earl Dixon was originally convicted on a charge of sale of schedule II drugs. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving six months in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 02/06/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   Christi Hampton was originally convicted on a charge of domestic assault. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 60 days in county jail. She will receive credit for time served from 02/25/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   Bobby Ray Holt was originally convicted on a charge of promotion of manufacture of methamphetamine. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving two days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 02/19/2019 to 02/21/2019.

   Roy Frederick Kinney was originally convicted on a charge of possession of firearm by a felon. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 120 days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 01/30/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   Victoria Lynn Pulley was originally convicted on two counts of simple possession. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 60 days in county jail. She will receive credit for time served from 03/02/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   William Charles Ray was originally convicted on charges of statutory rape, resisting arrest, evading arrest, and aggravated assault. He received a full revocation of probation and was ordered to serve his original sentence of two years. He will receive credit for time served from 03/01/2017 to 03/07/2017, from 08/18/2017 to 09/20/2017, from 11/04/2017 to 11/30/2017, from 06/24/2018 to 11/05/2018, and from 02/05/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   James Logan Rhodes was originally convicted on charges of burglary and theft over $1,000. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving one year in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 02/19/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   Steven Earl Taylor was originally convicted on charges of vandalism and introduction of contraband. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 90 days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 02/26/2019 to 03/21/2019.

   Misty Ann White was originally convicted on a charge of custodial interference. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 60 days in county jail. She will receive credit for time served from 02/19/2019 to 03/21/2019.
