OnThursday, April 18th, 2019, Judge Christopher V. Sockwell of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:

   Robert Dea Hadden Grimes pled and was found guilty of facilitation of the sale of methamphetamine, a class C felony. He was sentenced to three years in TDOC, which was reduced to three years supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines.

   Darrell Johnston pled and was found guilty of retaliation for past action, a class E felony, and harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to four years in TDOC on the felony charge and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation. The sentences will run concurrently.

   Dustin Wayne Riley pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class C felony. He was sentenced to three years in TDOC, which was reduced to three years supervised probation.

   Sam A. Sparkman pled and was found guilty of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, a class E felony. He was sentenced to two years in TDOC, which was reduced to two years supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $750 in fines.

   Rodneysa Darna Stewart pled and was found guilty of simple possession of schedule VI marijuana, a class A misdemeanor, and driving on a suspended license, a class B misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on the class A misdemeanor and six months in county jail on the class B misdemeanor. Both sentences were reduced to supervised probation after Stewart serves 75% of her sentences. She was assessed $250 in fines.

   James Michael Vaughn pled and was found guilty on two counts of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony, one count of possession of meth for resale in an amount less than 0.5 grams, a class C felony, and one count of possession of schedule VI marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to eight years in TDOC on each of the class B felony charges, four years in TDOC on the class C felony charge, and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the class A misdemeanor charge. All sentences were reduced to supervised probation, with the eight-year sentences to run consecutively, the four-year sentence to be reduced to probation after serving nine months, and the misdemeanor sentence to be reduced to probation after serving 75% of the sentence. Vaughn was ordered to pay $6,750 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 07/22/2018 to 08/03/2018 and from 03/15/2019 to 04/18/2019.

   On Thursday, April 18th, 2019, Judge Christopher V. Sockwell of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following probation revocation orders:

   Patricia Atkinson was originally convicted on a charge of sale of methamphetamine. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving thirty days in county jail. She will receive credit for time served from 03/21/2019 to 04/19/2019.

   Michael Wayne Dixon was originally convicted on charges of driving on a revoked license and simple possession of schedule IV. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 120 days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 01/25/2019 to 04/18/2019.

   Jason Daniel was originally convicted on charges of facilitation to especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated kidnapping, and facilitation to aggravated assault. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving eight days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 04/10/2019 to 04/18/2019.
