Christopher Blake Anderson, age 28, of Waynesboro was arrested on Thursday, August 29th. Deputy Tyler McKenzie filed a report stating that he performed a traffic stop on Anderson for having expired registration. Upon further inspection, Deputy McKenzie discovered that the license plate had been altered by applying an invalid expiration sticker. During an inventory of the vehicle, Deputy McKenzie allegedly discovered a Suboxone strip and a set of digital scales inside the vehicle’s center console. Anderson was arrested on charges of altering or forging title or plates, simple possession of schedule III Suboxone, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $15,000.00 bond.
